Would NEVER recommend doing business with this place. Jay from the company (Jay@americanconnection1.com) got upset because I canceled my order 2 weeks in advance and tried blaming me for the “ issues” with the order when the only issue was they weren’t taking the deposit money out and he gives me a long drawn out process to get my money refunded when I cancelled with him on Saturday and when asked why he didn’t give me the information when he cancelled it his only reply was “it doesn’t matter”. Obviously they have children running this business with the way he got mad and said “you won’t be getting your money back”. Actually kids and infants would be a major upgrade to whoever or whatever they have running/working at this “business”. Jay was like a kid that was never loved by anyone including himself. They should have more respect for the customers that keep that trash heap of a “business” open.
