I contacted this Company to Pickup my vehicle after wining a public Auctio In washington DC, I paid $175 deposit, I sent them all paper work same day. They were very nice people called me all the time. They never pickup the vehicle, when I called they put me on hold for 45 minutes and up after I have been transferred to several other line with no answered. The ooriginal contract was for $450.00 two weeks later after i was charge over $80 for storage fees because the vehicle was not removed by the deadline, i was very upset they told me that I have to paid $650 more if i want the vehicle to be remove. i was very upset. Please before doing business with online company Google the company name and search for other customer reviews.
