After receiving numerous quotes for transporting my disabled car, I decided on hiring American Direct to ship our car. Initially, I was skeptical, as I normally would NOT select the company providing the LEAST expensive quote (thinking that the adage 'you get what you pay for' generally holds true).
As it turned out, American Direct delivered as promised - actually, earlier than promised. The repair shop that received the car said that they were impressed with the driver's handling of the delivery of the car.
The only complaint that I had was that the company was difficult to reach by phone AFTER all the pick-up and delivery information had been initiated. In the end, however, all worked out fine and I would recommend them.
