I had to transport a truck from Mi to ND. ADT could not find a carrier, others carriers could not come through as well.

Provided deposit, gave nearly 4 weeks, no communication after deposit. Said he would refund......gave him 13 business days (as per T&C's at that time)........ no refund, said it was"misplaced", another few days and again still no refund. Had to threaten to go to Visa and the BBB, then he said it was done....6 weeks later and still nothing.

I have filed a claim with Visa and have provided all the doumentation to them.

You will find no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. Communication is horrible and this company does not give you a warm feeling.

Like all the other reviews I am sure there will be some response. Funny how there are no positive reviews

Also noticed that terms and conditions have changed since the original order in Sept '06. I have all docs and can provide if necessary. I will advise later to see how VISA makes out with this company.

There are lots of companies that have good reviews try one of them!
