This company is a joke. Booked rides to and from doctor and optometrist on 2 different occasions and was left stranded for hours on trying to get ride home. Fortunately I'm not an 80 year old in a wheel chair sitting in the heat because. a wrongful death suit woulda been the result. Multiple cancels on rides and and agents excuses and passing the buck
amount to " not my job attitude"
The owner of this fly by night ought to be staked to an ant hill.
