This was the first time we shipped a car this way, and so there were a lot of unknowns and uncertainties regarding the Broker and Driver. We received quotes from a number of companies and based on the Federico's sincere efforts to win our business, offered us a very competitive price. I am SO impressed at the sincereity, honesty, and responsiveness. I had no idea that I would get this level of communication - every day/ sometimes multiple times via phone and email as needed. There were delays from the shipping company and a mechanical breakdown on the way, but I was kept informed the entire time.

Given that this is a relatively new company, we had our normal concerns and skepticism, but the overall experience has put them to rest.

Federico is the ultimate professional, and I would offer him the highest recommendation possible.
