From start to finish, this transport went silky smooth. Brenden (dispatcher) was very open and straight forward with me on the phone, the driver Gustavo showed up right on time, very business-like, and loaded my wife's SUV with no problem.
He arrived in NY exactly when he said he would - my wife was waiting for him and thrilled with the timely delivery. Car experienced no problems during the transport.
