Brenden did an excellent job handling my auto shipment. I have never used an auto hauler before but I had been in the trucking industry for 13 years in my younger days and know of the nightmares that can occur. Brenden stayed in contact w me from our first phone call til after the car was delivered with updates and if there were any slight changes. I know not everyone gets as smooth of a shipment with other carriers as I did with Brenden. He is the reason I am taking the time to write this review, because he deserves some recognition for doing what a lot of people have forgotten to do, which is customer service and satisfaction.
