America’s Choice Auto Movers originally hired this customer a truck on the 4th day of her window. The driver had called us the day after we scheduled him for pick up to let us know he would not be able to haul the vehicle and to let our dispatchers know to hire another truck. When this happened, we told the customer that we could either repost the vehicle for another truck or refund her deposit and she could find another company if she wanted to. She decided that she wanted us to find her another truck. Our dispatchers found another truck for pick up and this driver said he had several deliveries to make before he picked up her vehicle and he had estimated the pick up time for 5/1-5/2, but he said that he could not guarantee these dates because he had to make his deliveries first. On 5/2 the customer decided she did not want to wait any longer and that she wanted a refund. We are not sure why she posted that we would not refund her deposit because it was refunded on the same day?
We apologize for her upset and hope that she was able to find another company to accommodate her schedule.
