This company was so understanding and easy to work with until my two vehicles were delivered and a claim was apparent. Brooke Price WAS pleasant and answered my questions until one of the cars delivered had a MISSING ROOF RACK and MISSING DOOR LOCK KEY for our 1963 BUG. She actually told me I "had been nothing but argumentative" when I had talked to her about how the claim will be processed. I was stunned, and thought this very odd since we had got along well over the phone. Not only was America's choice extremely rude after a claim came into play, but the trucking company they contracted to deliver my vehicles was extremely 'shady' and did not admit to lost keys and lost roof rack until we had faxed them the estimate. After the high priced estimate was faxed to them they then said the driver found my rook rack, but would not take responsibility to the key being lost and that I was rude for suggesting they had lost my keys. ???? I was even called pathetic by the truck dispatcher for questioning the location of my car before delivery. I had to question the dispatcher because none of the truckers spoke english. It was very difficult to communicate with them about my vehicles. I am completely shocked at the whole ordeal. I hope no other person receives the customer service I did. I would rather have paid a little more with another company if I had known they would be so awful to myelf and my family.
