America's Choice contracted with R&J Auto Transport to pick up vehicle in Texas on one of two days. Both days came & went without vehicle being picked up and without a call. When I contacted them, they then contacted driver who said he got delayed enroute. They then gave me a number I could contact driver personally. Vehicle was picked up a couple days later and was delivered within time allotted. Vehicle arrived dirty, but not damaged.
