You have to clearly communicate your needs with the company to make sure they can provide you with dates and times. Never assume anything. The priority of the drop off may consist of many details and where the car is located on the truck. My car was unloaded and sat at truckers house for a couple days while he delivered other cars. The car may have been driven as the radio station was on when I turned it on and I usually listen to cd's. The car appeared to have more gas in it then when I left it. The fact of this is unknown as I didn't care to pursue it. The driver got it to me on the morning of my first day on the job and drove that big hauler in the middle of the night in an awful lightening rainstorm to make sure he would have it there by 6:30am!!! The canvas convertible top was dirty from diesel and road dirt. It has unsuccessfully been cleaned to date but the detailers are working on other products that might help. I should have covered the canvas. it was a a lesson for me. He was extremely apologetic about the delay and left me his umbrella as I didn't have one.
All in all, everyone was nice and it worked out just fine. I plan to use them again to transport my car(s) again. The price was the best you could ever find. They are knowlegable professionals.
