America’s Choice Auto Movers:

This is a letter to simply say, “Thank you”. In general, thank you for providing generous and excellent customer service, which in today’s business and personal service is a rarity.

In specific, thanks so very much to your gracious and very courteous Customer Service Representative, ANN, order #123513 departing Montgomery to Bronx NY to arrive in seven days my father’s truck had been parked waiting on another transportation company for eight days. One night I and the internet stumble upon Ann and her kind and full of information, which resulted in the truck moving in day ½ again thanks a day1/2.

I felt it my duty to recognize those unsung heroes who go that extra mile in their jobs, to make others feel “special”. And that impression will last with my family and me forever. We will definitely consider America Choice Auto Movers first in all our future transportation needs! Thank you again, and thank you Ann, thinking out of the box. Your treatment was not only first class, but also simply, PRICELESS!!
