Everything went very well from the initial call to the delivery. The driver that was assigned was nice enough, but a not so good at time estimation. He made the guy who was waiting for the car to be picked up wait around all day, which was not the best, and he also picked it up 2 days later than originally stated. On the delivery end, he was a couple days early which was a nice surprise. He called me in the morning to state he would be here in the late afternoon, early evening. Since I knew he was not very timely from the pickup, I was not surprised when he finally rolled in around 8:30 p.m. But he was very nice none the less, my car battery was dead and he charged it, which he had to do to get it off the van, but then he stuck around to make sure that it would keep on running, and had me call him when I got home to make sure I made it. Overall a good experience.
