I asked for the 'near impossible' when I asked for 'pick it up tomorrow' ! The response was 'let me do some checking', and the next thing that happened was transport confirmation,,,all with one easy e-mail and a phone call. Great to do business with someone who doesn't offer several alternatives that may have been more convenient for the shipper, but didn't meet my needs,,,,,just a simple 'let me check'. And to really make this whole experience great, they kept me informed !
