Rating poor. Initial quote for moving a vehicle was neither the highest nor lowest received. The quote was in the middle of all the quotes recieved. Upon initial contact I gave this company two weeks advanced notice prior to required pick up time in order to locate and schedule a driver and vehicle. After two and one half weeks and numerous phone calls, this company could not provide the services requested. All I received were excuses. I would not recommend this company to anyone planning on moving a vehicle.

We are sorry that the customer does not recommend our company. Although the customer booked his order 2 weeks in advance our 1-7 business day window does not start until the first date the vehicle is made available. The customer is correct about the numerous phone calls; in fact he called everyday and spoke with our customer service. Each time he called he was told that the pick up window was 1-7 business days starting on November 22, 2004 (the day he stated he would like to make the car available). He was also informed numerous times that the dates 11/25-11/28 would not count because of the Thanksgiving Holiday, he seemed to understand, but was still persistent in calling everyday to be told that over again. On 11/24 Mr. Barlow contacted our office and explained that he wanted to cancel his order because we hadn’t had the truck. Although we charge a $25 cancellation fee before the 7 day window is up, we waived that charge because clearly the customer did not understand our policy, although it was explained to him at least 7 times verbally and twice in writing. Again, we are sorry that he does not feel our company is reputable, we do our best to please everyone, but sometimes it is impossible. America’s Choice Auto Movers
