I bought a used 2005 Scion xA on eBay. It was exactly what i needed, only problem was it was in Florida and i would need to ship it to my home in Louisiana. Buying a used car was stressful enough and i had no idea where to begin trying to find a shipper. So i started with DAS, the company eBay refers their buyers to. Their quote was over $1,000 which i knew was ridiculous. Even with their so-called eBay discount i still would have been taken to the cleaners. An expert on eBay motors directed me to a site where you could enter your info and several shipping companies would send you their estimate. I was getting rates of $450 to over $900 which confused me even more. I managed to find this website before picking a company and I am glad i did. Although i realize delays and complications are normal in this business, none of the companies i had bids from had enough reviews either way for me to make a decision i was comfortable with. So i started randomly picking companies and reading their reviews. Thats where i found America's Choice. I sent them my info and immediately got a quote of $550. I decided to go with them and from the beginning their customer service was excellent. Their representative Brooke immediately called me to get my credit card info for the deposit. She explained the process and within a few days my car had a driver. Now here's where the glitch comes in. My cashier's check i sent the seller took 2 weeks to completely clear and Brooke already had a driver lined up before the seller had his money. I called her and she was more than happy to reschedule. After we cleared that hurdle the second driver was lined up but somehow couldn't be reached. Brooke immediately found another driver who picked up my car the next morning. I had the car in my possesion less than 36 hours after that.The driver they got for me was friendly and courteous.The car was in great condition, only a little dirty from the trip over. Picking up the car could not have been easier! I cannot tell you how much i appreciate their customer service. For every question i had, every email i sent, Brooke responded within 10 minutes. Shipping a vehicle can be an extremely nervewracking, but i had a great experience with America's Choice. If i ever need to ship another vehicle I'll be using their services. I have no reservations in recommending this company to anyone.
