We transported a car that was a gift for my daughter from her grandmother so I was careful about choosing a company since it would be my first transporting experience. The price wasn't the lowest, but far from the highest. And they didn't increase the quote after a month, like the highest rated company on this website did. The car was ready for pick up on Jan. 7 and it was picked up on the next day. The car was delivered in 6 days. Pretty good considering the pickup window was 3-5 business days and the travel time window was 7 - 10 days. When I wanted to find out where the truck was during the transport I was always given a prompt response from their dispatch dept. We were also given the truck's number and the driver's cell number. So we knew where he was up until delivery. The car was in perfect shape, no damage done. Jim, the driver, was very nice to all involved in the transport. We didn't get door to door service because of residential restrictions, but Jim gave my daughter's grandmother a ride back to her house after meeting her at a truck stop and we met him at a nearby Albertson's shopping center nearby. So, things went well even though it wasn't door to door.
