You should start to cross your fingers when you hand your car to this company. These guys make a lot of promises to earn your business, but won't take their words seriously. They will do what they can do to evade their responsibility to repair the damage to your car.

I recently transport two cars from Texas to New York. The first car arrived at New York on time, which encouraged me to request the company to transport the second car for me. It turned out that I made a terrible mistake this time. The latter car arrived with stain spots which spread over the hood. I had to send the car to an autobody shop to estimate the damage. The bill from the autobody shop was over $300. When I spoke to America's Choice, they said that the stains were caused by leaking fluid from another transported car and this damage was not covered by their insurance. If another transported car had fluid leaking, why couldn't the driver move my car to another spot or simply cover my car with something to prevent the damage? I really can't understand why a damage apparently caused by the driver's carelessness is not covered by the company insurance policy. If this damage won't be covered, then what would they cover for? The only explanation is that this company only cares to take your money, and you take your own risk!

So be prepare to have your fingers crossed when you consider to use this company to transport your vehicle.
