Hello Kellye. We spoke yesterday about your order on 01/30/17 9:31 am. I understand that you needed to wait a few days longer to have a new driver coordinated to your order and as you have seen on our previous reviews we work in good faith. The driver that was assigned to your order had blown their engine and was unfortunately not able to do the job for many customers and lost a lot of money. We take care of our drivers and we also help them along the way with anything they need. We found out your vehicle was not going to be picked-up on
01/24/17 11:30 am and on
01/24/17 11:38 am we called you and left you a voicemail advising the situation. On
01/26/17 12:24 pm my customer service department spoke to you and gave you status on your pick-up and what other drivers we were working with and coordinating to pick-up your car. on
01/30/17 at 9:31 am we also spoke to you and gave you status on your order. Every single time my customer service representative spoke to you, he was informative and polite. All of our dispatchers were working from the moment they came in to work to late hours of the day to coordinate a driver but because the route you have from LA to NC is usually booked a week in advance we were unable to coordinate the same week. Most carriers were already filled up and a few were going to reschedule other customer to help us out but we thought it wouldn't be fair to others either. Kellye please accept our dearest apologies to have waited longer to have a driver coordinated to you but we also have to follow company policies. We understand your situation and we understand you weren't happy with the unfortunately delay and during the time, we worked our best to remedy the situation and worked as a five star rated company that we are to coordinate a new driver for you and your son. As you see below so many customers have been very happy with their transports and unfortunately engine failures do happen from time to time but we work our best to help both the customer and the drivers in these situations. We accept your review and understand you have 100% the right to speak your mind. We will take this review as a reminder to be better prepared for other customer incase this situation occurs again.
