Driver never showed up or called for truck pick up date (2/14), calls day AFTER to say he will come in 2 hrs. After spoke to driver Sat. morning, the driver tells me in Monday he will be in PA. I called driver's office on Monday & no one answers. I called driver to find out when truck is coming and he says the truck is in a yard in PA. I called office again and still no answer. I called American Choice and explained the story that I tried contacting them but got no answer back and that's why I called American Choice. They said to wait 20 mins to find out what's happening. But they never called back. I called again and they say the driver's office don't answer their calls either. They asked me for driver's number and finally got in contact with the driver's office. American Choice told me the truck will be here Wednesday or Thursday the latest & the driver's office suppose to call to let me know when the truck will be delivered in NY but they never called me! I called both company's like crazy and they NEVER answered me! American choice always say they will call me back but never do! Thursday passed (I even took the day off work) NO truck, not even any phone call regarding my truck. I called Friday and spoke with Natalie to find out what's going on with my truck & told me they will call me back Saturday but never did!!! So today (Saturday) I called office again and NO ONE ANSWERS. 6 days passed and my truck is still sitting in PA, don't even know where in PA. Horrible service!
