Three weeks and still no vehicle

I hired this company based on a number of extremely positive reviews. I used the pre-set price and received two confirmation e-mails, one stated they would pick up my vehicle in 3-5 days, one said 5-7 days. After 8 business days, I called and was told they were having a hard time finding a driver willing to come to my city, as it is off the interstate and there is no current return load for them to pick-up. After a week of similar calls I was told a driver had been found, however I would either have to pay additional money to get it to my house or drive six hours to get my vehicle from a storage facility and either way it would be another two weeks until that driver would pick-up my vehicle. It has now been 13 business days (19 calendar days) and the closest I have come to getting my vehicle is that Ameristar has taken their money from my account without providing an acceptable service.

Wendy, We did not charge you any amount. You booked our services through UShip who charged you. Please look at your Bank statement it states USHIP. Unfortunately we have been having problems with orders form UShip and as a result we have cancelled our partnership with them. So we are no longer taking order from Uship that is why your order was cancelled. If you have questions regarding your funds contact Uship or call your bank to get a refund. we apologize for the inconvenience Thanks
