I used Lilly for the first time ever this go around. When getting quotes, they started out high, and went up from there. From the start this seemed like a tough challenge for me as a customer. I received five bids and dealing with the brokers Lilly information was the down to earth, and honest she offered reasonable quotes. She also gave some input about the transport industry and what was going on throughout the transport world. She informed me about offers that were out of control. When we started getting reasonable quotes we entertained the ones that were the most reliable. Lilly performed well with keeping reasonable interests in mind for me, and she was available with answers for my questions. This is what a broker needs to do to get customers, finding out what the customer needs and achieve what is reasonable should be the norm, not the exception.
