The auto transport industry can be confusing. You ask for quotes and suddenly you have 296 emails and 738 texts bombarding you every day, and most companies lure you in with low-dollar quotes and obscure the fact that **THEIR QUOTE IS NOT A GUARANTEE**! Lilly is the complete opposite of all the sleaze in this industry. • She treated us like an individual vs. just another "CHA-CHING!" in her bank account. • She answered all our texts and emails personally (vs. all the canned messages from others). • She educated us upfront about exactly how the industry works (customers work with brokers, brokers put in bids on a national bid board, 3rd-party drivers/carriers choose bids, and brokers take a small fee) • She was responsive and kept us updated each step of the process. • She ultimately helped us move our car from California to New Hampshire during the COVID-19 pandemic when very few drivers/carriers were still on the road. Work with Lilly. In an industry that seems built to confuse customers, you'll have the best experience possible.
