This was the first time I used this type of service and I was super amazed at how satisfied I was with the service provided. Richard Alvarez called me and gave me all the accurate information I needed. He was very detailed in the description of how all the transactions would be handled. My driver was on time with the pick-up and delivery of my vehicle which was most important to me. My vehicle was not damaged which I was another major concern for me. Based on this experience I will be a returning customer.
