This was my first experience shipping a car across country. I was extremely hesitant. I looked at numerous online reviews and requested several online quotes before deciding to go with Andrew Auto Transport. Andrew Auto Transport's price ($720) was the best rate. After a conversation with Brian Andrew I was very comfortable with starting the shipping process. Brian was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process. He quickly responded to questions I had prior to making the decision to use his company, and even after the car was picked up. Although the car was delayed by one day as a result of road closures from the severe winter weather, everyone involved including the driver kept me abreast of the status and updated delivery schedule. When I took delivery of the vehicle, it was filthy on the outside, but no damage. Absolutely no fault of anyone involved, considering i used an open carrier and the terrible weather along the way. The actual delivery process was very smooth. We agreed to meet at a large mall parking lot close to the actual delivery address where there was space for the car carrier truck. The driver drove the vehicle off the carrier and was parked waiting for me when I got there. I gave the driver the agreed cash, I inspected and signed for the car and it was over. I highly recommend Andrew Auto Transport. Make sure you ask for Brian. You will not be disappointed. I believe that he was straight up with me and I did not experience any hidden costs or other surprises. On the contrary he was absolutely pleasant to work with and I would use them again if I had to transport a car across country.
