Finally, an honest broker

I was fortunate to find Lilly Osorio at Andrew Auto Transport after a nightmare situation with another broker.

My first carrier had my money and commitment to ship my truck for well over two weeks. I called every day and was made to feel like a burden that I was calling for updates. They did nothing. They did not call. They did not communicate. Critically, they did not get my truck shipped.

I finally terminated my contract with them, and Lilly Osorio, with whom I had communicated from the time I initially bought my truck, was patient and honest. Within FOUR HOURS of signing a contract, she had a shipper for my truck.

She communicated with me at every step of the way, was courteous, professional and nice. Once the driver was assigned to my vehicle, he was the same way. He called or texted me at least twice a day with expectations and delays.

I would most highly recommend Andrew Auto Transport and Lilly Osorio. I will use them again without hesitation.
