This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I sent out a request for quotes on a Friday and Richard contacted me immediately with a quote of 391 which I accepted and on Monday a carrier agreed to pick up my car on Tuesday and it was delivered Wednesday evening. Everyone else giving me quotes were 100-200 dollars more expensive and they bombarded me with calls and emails (and they still are) and said no one would deliver it for that price and some of them were VERY negative, it was unbelievable! Richard could not have been more helpful or friendlier. He contacted me every step of the way to keep me informed, was quick to answer my emails and called to thank me for my business when we were through. I would highly recommend Andrew Auto Transport and Richard! Great experience!
