Mimi went above and beyond with her assistance and her pleasant manner helped the anxiety I felt over my first time shipping interstate . I had an auto shipped from Florida up to West Virginia. The transporters also were very courteous and performed their job with no hesitation. Most importantly there were no "surprises"- everything happened as Mimi assured me it would.
