Dear Ken, I am terribly sorry to hear this. I wish you would have called us first. This was an honest mistake that as you can see once you called in and we caught it, we corrected right away. Our Online quoting system is almost flawless except for the Alaska quotes and believe you me we are working on it. If there is anything I can do for you in the future please call me direct and ask for Brian. I'm one of the managers here. Please trust one thing, we CARE and are passionate about our clients and shipping cars. This was not done intentionally.
