Taylor set herself apart from her competition immediately. I shopped around for quotes online and started receiving calls from every broker stating they could p/u my vehicle within days at a fairly competitive rate. Taylor did not try the 'hard sell' method on me. Instead, the rep asked me questions about what service I truly needed and listened to my responses. She also took the time to explain the entire booking process and walked me through how to determine pricing. I was asked for my input on creating the rate and we settled on a reasonable rate that was agreeable. I had some flexibility and could wait on finding a carrier. The car was picked up and delivered on time and for a great price. I highly recommend Andrew Auto Transport and Taylor!
