Here is the bottom line. My cars were picked up two days late and I had to pay $620 OVER the amount I was quoted. I was moving across the country, everything I owned was already packed and shipped, airline flights were already reserved. Transporting the cars was the last order of business. The communication was terrible. I made the "reservation" two months in advance. Everything fell apart right as the deadline approached. No "offers" to transport my cars came in and he waited until past the scheduled pickup date when I was backed into corner to tell me that part of the problem was no one wanted to come where I was to pick up the cars. I would have met the car carrier ANYWHERE within 100 miles of my location and at any time if that information had been relayed to me. But it was relayed to me too late so I was left in a "take it or leave it" situation where it was either pay $620 extra or stay in Michigan, miss my flights and blow up my extremely tight schedule trying to find other transport. And he didn't even bother to offer me a discount in his broker fee for being two days late and giant price hike. Customer service wasn't even a consideration here. He was just about getting paid. Wouldn't recommend these guys to transport hot wheels.
