I shipped my car with the company a year ago and needed to ship it again. I emailed her and she replied right back. The first carrier fell through and had terrible customer service, but when I called and told June, she was on it! She re listed my car and found a carrier at 9:00am the next day, had my car hooked up to a truck by 11:30 and I was out on a flight by 1! She is AWESOME, always there when I called/ texted/ emailed and she kept working until the problem was solved. That deserves 10 stars!
