Delivered on time -- great customer service

I spent a lot of time researching auto transports for my move from Los Angeles to Miami. I'd heard some horror stories, so I was determined to find a transport company that I was comfortable with. I made the right decision in picking Angels Moving Auto's. I was most impressed by their customer service. They were very professional. They would make follow-up calls after the car had been picked up and after it was dropped off to make sure that everything went ok.

The price was $1,125 which was competitive (if not, lower) than the other places I researched. They ask for a credit card over the phone to hold the desposit ($200) and then the balance is to be paid to the driver in cash, postal money order, or certified check at time of delivery of the vehicle.

They picked up my car at my apartment complex. Pick up was on time. They guy who picked up my car was not only professional, but very sweet; very nice. (You may not think this is a big deal, but several years ago I hired a moving company to move all my personal belongings and the driver showed up in the foulest, meanest mood. The way I see it, moving is stressful enough. You don't need angry people making the situation worse.)

My car was delivered in 11 days to my new residence. I think the delivery time they had specified was 10-14 days. So, it was delivered on time. No problems. No damages to the car. The car needed a good car wash, which was expected, after being transported in an open carrier cross country.

The only constructive criticism I would have is that their drivers should have a GPS system installed to help them with directions. The driver who was dropping off my car got lost and called me about 4 times asking me for directions to my place. I'd never lived in Miami before and was not at all familiar with the area. Needless to say, I really wasn't very helpful with giving him proper directions. He seemed a little frustrated by this.

Other than that, overall, it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Angels Moving Auto's to anyone who's looking to transport their car.
