I was extremely fearful of booking my son's car to travel cross crountry. He was moving from the Asheville NC area to the Los Angeles area to attend school. My biggest fear was the car would not be picked up timely nor delivered timely and he would have to be out in LAX by himself without his own transportation. I realize public transportation is good in LAX but he is only 18 and therefore I wanted him able to get around easily. My experience with Angels was extrodinary. I phoned on a Monday morning and within two hours I was phoned and told my son's car could be picked up that afternoon or Tuesday. Katelyn indicated the driver (I was provided both his name and phone number) would contact me in advance of the pick up. I heard from the driver late that day and he said he would pick the car up at 5:00 pm on Tuesday. We agreed upon a location ( I live in the mountains) and lo and behold I received a call at 4:45 and he was around the corner from my house. We delivered the car to a very nice driver and were back home within 10 minutes. To my amazement, my sons's car actually beat him out to LAX...I received a call on Saturday morning stating that the car had arrived and they would hold the car in their lot until my son arrived in LAX on Sunday afternoon. Sunday morning I received a call from the transport company because they wanted to confirm my son's arrival. I assured them he was on the plane...they suggested he stop by the lot on his way from LAX airport because they are a mere 10 minutes from the airport. Although they had agreed to deliver the car...we agreed to have my son go pick it up. He exchanged funds for the car and was on his way! What a relief! Everything about the transaction was so perfect...from my first call to Angels to my son having access to his "wheels". I highly suggest you use Angels.
