Although the rescheduled the pick up date for the day after, it was not an issue for me. I understand many things can happen that will delay a pick up so one day was not a big problem for me. Angels was very professional during the entire process. Even before I selected them as my broker, they always returned my calls promptly and answered phone calls during working hours. This was not the case with many of the other 5 star carriers on this site. Angels contacted me every day during the process to make sure that the carrier was on time. When I notified Angels that the carrier delayed the pick up date, they apologized many times. The carrier was also very professional. I shipped a 2005 BMW M3 so I was very sensitive to the knowledge of the carrier. To my pleasant surprise, the carrier had another M3 on the truck and he showed tremendous professionalism in making sure my car was not damaged. Without a doubt, I would use Angels again to ship my car!
