Angels customer service was very good. When i called they picked up the phone and i didnt have to leave a message or call back. They told me right away that their quotes were a little low and they told me what the cost would be. I was buying a car from a dealership so they contacted the dealer and arranged a pick up date and they kept me informed. The car was coming from Ark. to MN. They had a driver ready the next day which i was very surprised. The driver contacted me telling me he was picking up my car. The next day I called the driver and asked if there was a status update. He told me he was three hours out of town. He never mentioned when he would be there the next day! I was at work so i told him he would have to wait till i got off work. He sounded disapointed and said he wanted $500 cash. I had barely enough time after i got off work to get to the bank. But what was i supposed to do? He asked if he could drop off the car and we could meet up later. That was fine but when i got home i couldnt believe what happened! He left my car in my driveway with the keys in the ignition! I couldnt believe it. He left a $20,000 car waiting for somebody to steal it!Thank god i dont live in a bad neighberhood. Besides the drivers stupidity i was very satisfied with Angels and i would use them again.
