I found a vehicle on erepairables.com so I hit the button that says get shipping quote for this vehicle. I did not have to enter any vehicle information. I got emails and calls from everyone. Angels emailed me a quote and it stated $615 for running $765 for non-running. It had the date of pickup as later in the month. I emailed back and said the vehicle was ready for pick up then and even stated I did not know where the date had come from because I did not fill it in. I got a voice mail from someone at Angels stating they could pick it up sooner. I returned the call to Angels and they stated they had someone that could pick up the vehicle that day but I needed to go ahead and give the card number for the deposit but it would not be charged until the vehicle was picked up. Well, the vehicle did not get picked up. I was emailed a contract and a pick up confirmation immediately after the phone call with the pick up day listed as that day. My card was also charge at that time. Well, no one picked the car up that day. I was called the next morning to let me know that it was going to cost more than originally quoted. They had the car listed as running when in fact it was non-running. Remember the original quote was for $765 for non-running and I was charged $795. I was never asked if the car was running. I begin to ask questions and was told many lies. I was even told that the driver had tried to pick up my car the previous day when I knew he had not because I called the company that sold me the car. I was speaking to a girl who answered the phone. I then spoke with the owner. I just requested that I be refunded the money that had been charged to my card when my vehicle had not been picked up. I no longer had any trust in this company and no longer wanted to deal with them. The OWNER went as far as to call me a crazy lady and her exact final words were "you will never get your money back, bi__h" and hung up on me. I could not believe someone that owned a company would ever speak this way to a customer. Needless to say I used another transport company who were great and I am disputing the transaction on my credit card through my bank currently.

Nice Try!! Christy did not write the truth at all. She is very angry with us because her merchant account would not allow her chargeback to go through. Our carrier went out to pick up this truck. When he arrived at the auction facility he then found out the vehicle was non-running. He could not load the vehicle because he did not have a winch. We then called Christy and told her the price would be $150 more for a truck with a winch, and a $100 re-scheduling fee paid to the driver that went out to the auction and could not load the vehicle. She then cussed and screamed at us saying she told us it was a running vehicle. Christy had NO idea what she was doing obviously, because she did accept our terms and conditions agreement stating the vehicle was running. Her review is an absolute lie. The drivers name is Paul at Can-Am Auto Carrier, he can be reached at 214-213-2777 and will gladly tell anyone the truth of the details of what occurred with this customer.
