You are reading this if you are planning to move. Moving is a hassle, but with Angeles Auto it has been great. Not to start with negative tone, for reasons that I do not know, could be weather(in Florida) or traffic, the pickup was delayed as the 16 wheeler was coming from a farther location. The scheduled pickup was in the evening, but the driver called (after me making a few phone calls to the customer support) and told me he will come late in the night beyond 10 pm. I did not want to wait, so asked him to pickup the next day morning, which he gladly accepted (that was the greatest part). I realized it is better not to cut things too fine and have tight schedules during a move. Though, I was planning to fly out the next morning, but thoughtfully had scheduled two days later.
The driver came to a convenient spot for pickup, did a thorough inspection, noted down any scratches or dents, which would not be visible beyond three feet. Delivery of the car was earlier than expected, so did not have to rent a car when I landed on the West coast (would not count on that all the time). Financial transaction was smooth, but they accept a portion of payment thru cashier's check.
One thing I wish they did more, for cars on open transport, it will get dirty going thru the dessert from the East coast to the West coast....if they could give a complimentary wash. That is too much to ask too, as it is a liability issue on their part.
Overall, I would rate them great. But, be cautioned, not to cut things too tight, especially with moving, or when you bend over to pickup that penny, your pant will tear right in the middle.
