In response to this review, our office did charge this customer a $50.00 administration fee out of his scheduling fee because he cancelled his order with us. We do have a fee that is clearly stated in the contract. From the first day of dealing with Bruce we were reminded regularly that he was an attorney and that if everything did not go well with the service he would take legal action. I am a very strong personality and basically told him we were not the right company for him and also told the seller of the car that we did not want to do business with this man. After scheduling a carrier to pick up his car, we still refunded him $175.00 of his money although our contract states we
