This turned out to be a great way to get my car across the country. The service took six days and was delivered just over a mile from my home. Because of my location in the suburbs they were not able to get a semi on my street. The people were friendly, reasonable, and easy to get in contact with. The only problem I had was the "5 day window" they needed to pick up my car. I asked for my car to be picked up on the 24th. I told them while I understood the window of time it was important to get it as close as possible. They said that it should be fine. I, however, got a phone call on the 17th that they wanted to pick up my car the next day! I thanked the driver and told him that it was impossible for me to give up my car so soon and I would have to figure something else out. I contacted the company again to let them know the situation. Thankfully they were very prompt in getting me someone new who contacted me right away. This time they guaranteed they would pick up my car on the 24th. I received a phone call from the driver that he would be picking my car up, but again it was a day early. I was able to make it work but that is my one complaint is that you had better be prepared to part with you car long before the intended pick up date. Other than that, excellent, friendly service and I loved my driver. Very nice man :)
