I wanted to let you know how smoothly the car transport went again this time. The car was picked up promptly and dropped off even quicker than we expected... the drivers have been polite, confident and timely. The drop off went very well... the driver met us at a nearby store parking lot and by the time we got there the car was off the truck and waiting for us. We signed the papers, paid and we were on our way in less than 5 mins.

I have been so pleased with the service that you offer as well as the drivers/companies you have selected to transport our daughter's car to and from college. Every time I called your office the staff was polite and informative. The e-mails were informative and comprehensive and always timely. Doing business with you and your staff was a pleasure. Good customer service is hard to find these days.

Our daughter has transferred back to UNLV near our home so I don't think we will have a car to ship in the future but if we do, or if someone asks we will surely give them your name.
