So, I waited to respond to this review to give Mike the opportunity to remove it.
1. We quoted it accurately.
2. We got it picked up.
3. We got it delivered.
4. DRIVE GOT DELAYED BY OTHER CUSTOMERS DUE TO IT BEING A HOLIDAY WEEKEND, (MEMORIAL DAY) HE COULD NOT CONTROL THOSE CUSTOMERS.
5. The daughter was thrilled with our service on delivery. NO RAISE IN THE PRICE, NO LYING - EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION FROM US, CAR IN PERFECT CONDITION.
6. Customer is telling us they will remove the review if we "compensate" them.
WOW, AND WE GET A ZERO!!! I AM DISGUSTED WITH YOU MR. FOODY. The best customer service you could possibly have, and we get a 0 because the driver is delayed by 3 days, THOUGH WE NEVER GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY TIME FRAMES.
