A positive experience from start to finish. I consider myself forunate to have done business
with this company and the carrier I was scheduled with. I was on the verge of using another
company with which their bid was 125 less expensive. The turn off was it was clear their
1st objective was to gather commitment information, pickup/delivery addresses, contact
persons, phone numbers and my credit card data before answering any question I had.
I assumed this tactic was to beat competiters by having me commit to an order/spend money
and then they would tell me what I had gotten myself into. This was my 1st auto shipping experience and I felt rushed to make a decision and lay down money for service with a company representative who was unwilling to explain the process and sequence of events of what I could/should expect. This forced me to due some exploration and self education.

My next call was to Dina at Angels. She answered questions to my satisfaction and
admitted that though I could find cheaper quotes to consider factors outside of the
expense alone. Waverly Green of W.J Green Inc., Federal Motor Carrier ID # 616227
of Chesterfield, Virginia (804) 363-9303 called ahead and was able to pick up and deliver
a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. The transport was without incident.
I consider myself a value shopper, but cheaper is not always better. Qaulity cost more
than service of a less degree. My cars never left the truck and were with the same driver
from the time they left me until they were received at the delivery destination. I does not
matter how low a quote a company can and some give. A carrier will be reluctant to pick
up that order if the trip is not profitable. The result is delay, fustration and generally
you paying more than you would orinally had you paid a fair price and worked trough
a reputable boker. I won't hesitate to to use Angels Transport again the next time
I need to ship a vehicle.
