Perfect Service, From Pickup to Delivery

I admit that I was highly skeptical of all the positive reviews about Angels Moving Autos. Having just been bady ripped-off by one of the many auto transport companies (all claiming to be reputable), I approached this company very cautiously, to say the least.
I had put down a deposit for another company that also promised excellent service, and when they did not show up on the pickup date (2 days prior to my cross-country move), I was a wreck. I called, and did not receive any explanation. In fact, they hung up on me and refused to pick up any further calls. Desperate, I searched online and found Angels Moving Autos. Megan (sp?) was very understanding when I (in a highly distraught state) asked if her company could be trusted to pick up my cars as soon as possible and deliver it safely across the country. She was so patient and answered all my questions calmly and in a very reassurring manner. She was able to, not only find transport for my cars THAT EVENING, but also provide information on the dispatcher, trucking company that would ship my cars, and several contact numbers, so that I could know where my cars were at all times. She explained the auto shipping industry with such transparency and honesty, that I felt at ease leaving my cars in the care of Angels.
The truckers communicated with us, so that we knew when they were 3 hours away, 1 hour away, and 15 minutes away, so that we could have dinner and do errands, instead of staying at home and waiting all evening. They arrived exactly on time. They provided their personal cell phone number, and a copy of their driver's license. The cars were loaded up in no time. Melissa from Angels, called just after the cars were picked up to confirm pickup and verify that we had all the contact information.
The cars were delivered expediently, and in perfect condition on a Sunday evening. The drivers were so polite and courteous at delivery. They provided their ETA at the same intervals as the pickup, so that we were able to take our guests out to dinner and still know that we would be at home for the delivery of our cars.
