After reviewing the notes in this order, I did not find anything wrong with it. First, the driver did pick up on the "last day possible", we said 1-3 day window for pickup, and we honored that on the 3rd day!
Next, the driver asked the customer to meet her at the parking lot because it was well lit and it helps with the inspection of the vehicle, her driveway is not lit up for a clear inspection. The customer also had the option to wait til the morning to receive the car. The mall was not 20 miles from the residence, it was 8. Once again, she could have waited til the morning and received it in the light at her home. Our driver spent the night there in Washington.
As far as the customers phone calls go, she could always call us for an update, the drivers only answer phones or return calls when they are stopped. We kept this customer informed the whole time where her car was in transit.
Also, Michelle Gay's car was not late. It was delivered exactly in the window of time she was quoted.
Michelle has a right to her opinion, and we respect it. Her car was picked up on time, delivered on time, and delivered safely with no damage.
