Wow what an incredible task and experience by Angels Moving Autos!

My story begins with by contracting ANOTHER BROKER operation whom I will not name for I am furious with their poor customer service. Throughout that whole ordeal they had the nerves to contact me a month after the expected pick up date, stating having found a carrier willing to pick up my inoperable vehicle and this was after Angels Moving had my vehicle delivered. I realize that extra time and money is tacked on for inoperable vehicles but the least I wanted was a daily phone call or email. Enough about them and onto Angels Moving Autos.

Then a break from the darkened skies and the Angels descended. With my growing frustration at its apex, annoyed from endless research, making and receiving calls, reviewing forums, this website and BBB's website, all while assuring my seller that my inoperable vehicle will be picked up. A friendly voice spoke to me from the other end of the phone and Megan turned my frustration into gratification. She is professional and had me at ease as if I were speaking to a friend. Their rate was at 1450.00 which is around the average for an inoperable vehicle shipped from coast to coast. After she processed my information I had an overwhelming feeling of joy. This is the best part, as I was in shock, literally in less then 10 minutes after getting off the phone with Megan she tracked down a carrier who was willing to receive and deliver my vehicle within a little over a week (9 days)! The previous owner was notified of the pick up and he had nothing but positive things to say of the customer service and overall experience with Megan. His son used another outfit having a vehicle shipped from the Pacific coast back to my seller's home on the east coast and his experience was horrendous. Comparing the two services and experiences it is a thumbs up from his end. Nick the driver also courteous and professional delivered as promised! On time, without any damages and nothing missing. Nick's rig is set up with an electronic winch, a sight to watch as he maneuvered the vehicles around. Sammy of AMA followed up with the delivery portion and he also is professional and courteous. He called and made sure that Nick contacted me and if my satisfaction with their service is up to par, which it is.

Would you believe that initially I had a feeling to pursue AMA's service and didn't follow through. I would have saved myself the grief.
