I had opted to buy a car from Eureka CA and failed to realize the difficulty of picking up a car from such a difficult road to pass through.

I had been quoted a low price, but once I verified it was in Eureka, the price jumped $500! Not a very accurate quote. However, it was better than other companies who gave me quotes from Eureka. Some wouldn't even do it! So, I booked the carrier with Angels and waited. The next day they told me they found a carrier and I would have it delivered in about 7-10 days. Two days later, I was told the truck had broken down and would a VERY long time before he gets back up and running. So, now I was stuck waiting for another carrier willing to go to Eureka. Things were looking very glim. After waiting 5 days and having to call Angels for an update they gave me prompt and kind service in finding me a replacement. I would have thought this was priority without me having to give them a nudge. However, on the next day, they had found a second carrier who would pick it up shortly. The carrier was Maple Tree Auto Transport. The driver had called me once thinking I was the seller of the car, but we quickly clarified that misktake. All in all, he had the car delivered in the time frame mentioned undamaged (though fairly dirty )and we worked together to me at a convienent location for pickup.

Overall, the experience was a little stressful considering it could have been a lot longer to find a carrier to Erueka. Had it been anywhere else, it would have been a breeze. Angels though was a very efficent and kind company that made sure my car was delivered. I would most likley use them again in the future.
