Angel's offered a very competitive rate for the cross-country move of our mid-size SUV. The customer service provided by Angel's was great, as they were able to provide accurate details about the shipment of our SUV. However, the actual carrier, Pioneer Express, had some problems with their hydraulic lift and one of the cars (brand new) ran out of gas. While these items happen, just be aware these things can be out of any one person's control.
