The broker and derivers were very pleasant and kept us informed about the pick up and drop off times. The broker continued to check in with us to notifiy us to expect a call and checked back in to ensure the call was received. Additionally, the broker checked in to ensure that the vehicle was picked up and delivered to our satisfaction. The drivers were professional and careful to document the car exterior condition prior to starting the vehicle. They were very deliberate in securing the cars and ensuring the pickup trucks were adjusted to mainreduce the carrier height. Finally, the drivers made the trip during significant winter weather and still were able to maintained a satisfactory schedule.
